GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

ARTICLE 1 — PURPOSE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sales of cosmetic products made by Antidote Lab via the website antidotelab.fr. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS
The products offered for sale are COSMOS-certified cosmetics, manufactured in Europe (Lithuania). Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but the seller cannot be held liable for slight variations.
ARTICLE 4 — PRICE
Prices are shown in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes (VAT). Delivery charges are shown before order confirmation. Antidote Lab reserves the right to change its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
ARTICLE 5 — ORDER
The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the address provided by the customer. Antidote Lab reserves the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud or payment problems.
ARTICLE 6 — PAYMENT
Payment is made online by credit card via the secure Shopify Payments platform. Payment is debited at the time of order confirmation.
ARTICLE 7 — DELIVERY
Products are shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout. Delivery times are approximate: — Metropolitan France: 8 to 10 business days — European Union: 4 to 7 business days — International: 5 to 10 business days
Delivery is free for all orders over €45 (France and EU) and €60 (International).
Antidote Lab cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to the carrier or events beyond its control.
ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, please contact us at contact@antidotelab.fr . Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and unused. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned products, via the same payment method used for the order.
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be refunded, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code.
ARTICLE 9 — GUARANTEE
All our products are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the Consumer Code) and to the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code).
ARTICLE 10 — LIABILITY
Antidote Lab cannot be held responsible for any misuse of its products. It is recommended to carefully read the instructions on each product and to perform a skin test before first use.
ARTICLE 11 — PERSONAL DATA
The information collected during your order is processed electronically in accordance with the GDPR. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.
ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All elements of the antidotelab.fr website (texts, images, logos, videos) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without prior authorization.
ARTICLE 13 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the defendant's domicile.
