WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We deliver to mainland France, the European Union, and internationally. Available delivery areas are indicated when placing your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Our products are manufactured in Europe and shipped directly from our partner workshop. Estimated delivery times are:

— Metropolitan France: 8 to 10 business days — European Union: 4 to 7 business days — International (outside the EU): 5 to 10 business days

These delivery times are indicative only and begin from the date of shipment confirmation. They may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

DELIVERY COSTS

— Metropolitan France: €6.90 — FREE for orders over €45 — European Union: €6.90 — FREE for orders over €45 — International (outside the EU): €8.90 — FREE for orders over €60

ORDER TRACKING

A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package directly via the tracking link provided.

DAMAGED OR NON-RECEIVED PACKAGE

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at contact@antidotelab.fr with photos of the package and the affected products. We will take the necessary steps to resend the products or issue a refund.

If you have not received your package within the stated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
