Return and refund policy

## Right of withdrawal — 14 days

In accordance with European legislation, you have a period of **14 days** from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

### Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your product must be:

- **Unopened** and in its original, undamaged packaging
- **Unused** (for hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned)
- Returned within 14 days of receipt

### How to make a return?

1. Contact us by email at **contact@antidotelab.fr** indicating your order number
2. We will confirm the return address.
3. Return the product(s) in their original condition
4. Once received and verified, we will process the refund within 14 days.

### Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

### Refund

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receiving the return.

### Damaged or defective products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at **contact@antidotelab.fr** with photos. We will handle the return and process an exchange or a full refund.
