# General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
## Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sales of clean cosmetic products made by SARL NOVA via the website antidotelab.fr.
## Article 2 — Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of VAT. They include the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
**Free delivery on orders over €45** (France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg).
## Article 3 — Order
All orders constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Validation of your order implies acceptance of the prices, quantities and delivery times indicated.
## Article 4 — Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or via the payment methods offered by Shopify (Shop Pay, PayPal, etc.). Payment is secure.
## Article 5 — Delivery
**Delivery times:**
- France: 8 to 10 business days
- European Union: 4 to 7 business days
- International: 5 to 10 business days
The products are made to order by our European partner Selfnamed (Lithuania), then shipped directly to your address.

All our products comply with European cosmetics legislation (Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009). If you receive a defective product, please contact us for an exchange or refund.

NOVA SARL cannot be held responsible for the improper use of products or allergic reactions. We recommend testing each product on a small area of skin before full use.
## Article 9 — Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken. Failing that, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
